What is pole dancing?
Pole dance is a form of exercise that combines dance and gymnastics. 

What happens in a pole dance class?

In class you will start with 15 minutes of flexibility and warm-up, followed by 30 minutes of learning tricks, combinations and spins and 15 minutes learning a routine to music.

What are the benefits?

Increased strength, weight loss, increased flexibility, a boost in self confidence and a lot of fun!

Do I need any special skills?

No! You will learn everything you need to know in our beginners class.

How much does it cost?

Members may buy a 24 or 48 card pass to attend as many classes as they like. The cost is $280 for a 24 card pass and $480 for a 48 card pass. A casual drop-in class for members is $20. Non-members may attend for $25.
